Accessories

If you’d like to start riding your ATV across blankets of snow or slippery ice, you may need a few accessories to help get you started. Windshields, heated seats, and heated grips are popular cold-weather ATV accessories, as they make driving in extremely cold temperatures much more comfortable. If you’re worried about traveling through heavy snow or slippery terrain, we advise buying a snow plow attachment for your ATV, or even a track kit.

Wheels

Snow is infamous for being difficult to drive through, even for all-terrain vehicles. If you’re not interested in buying an ATV track kit, you’ll need to invest in a set of snow tires to ensure you have enough traction to get across snowy trails. Snow chains are also a great option, just be sure your current set of tires has plenty of tread.

Gear
